(1) 10,000 shares of TSC common stock was acquired directly by Boston Avenue Capital, LLC, a joint filer with Yorktown Avenue Capital, LLC.
(2) 2,700 shares of TSC common stock was acquired directly by Boston Avenue Capital, LLC, a joint filer with Yorktown Avenue Captial, LLC.
(3) 200 shares of TSC common stock was sold by Boulder Capital, LLC, a joint filer with Yorktown Avenue Capital, LLC. Boulder Capital, LLC no longer owns any shares of TSC and will be exiting as a joint filer.
 
Remarks:
This is a joint Form 4 filing.  Yorktown Avenue Capital, LLC is the designated filer.  Additional filers include Boston Avenue Capital, LLC, Value Fund Advisors, LLC and Charles Gillman.  Boulder Avenue Capital, LLC is not longer a joint filer as of this filing.  In addition to the shares of TSC held by Boston Ave. as designated above, the following entities own the following number of shares:

Yorktown Avenue Capital, LLC - 304,400 shares of TSC common stock held directly.

Value Fund Advisors, 460,213 shares of TSC common stock held indirectly.  VFA is the investment advisor for Boston Avenue Capital, LLC and Yorktown Avenue Capital.  As indirect beneficial holder of Boston shaers, VFA's onwership increased by 12,700 shares.  As indirect beneficial holder of Boulder shares, VFA's ownership decreased by 200 shares.  VFA disclaims beneficial ownership of these shares.

Charles Gillman - 460,213 shares of TSC common stock held indirectly.  Mr. Gillman is the manager and a member of VFA.  As indirect beneficial holder of Boston shares, Mr. Gillman's ownership increased by 12,700 shares.  As indirect beneficial holder of Boulder shares, Mr. Gillman's ownership decreased by 200 shares.  Mr. Gillman disclaims beneficial onwership of these shares.
