(Bovespa: TCSL3 and TCSL4; NYSE:TSU), which retains direct control of TIM Celular S.A. and indirect control of TIM Nordeste S.A., providing nationwide telecommunication services in Brazil, informs that the Company's Form 20-F regarding the year ended on December 31st, 2008 was already filed with the SEC, and is already available for download at the Company's IR website.
