Notice to the Shareholders

 

Rectification of the Payment of Interests on Equity Attributed by Share

 

We hereby inform Messrs. shareholders of Companhia Brasileira de Distribuição (“CBD” or “Company”) the rectification of the amount of interests on equity (“JCP”) per share informed in the Notice to the Shareholders disclosed on December 1, 2017. The total gross amount of JCP to be allocated to the shareholders, however, will remain the same.

 

The gross amount of JCP to be paid per common share issued by the Company will be of R$ 0.286432511282, instead of R$ 0.28658308716, as previously disclosed.

 

In the same way, the gross amount of JCP to be paid per preferred share issued by the Company will be of R$ 0.315075762411, instead of R$ 0.31524139588, as previously disclosed.

 

All the other information contained in the Notice to the Shareholders disclosed on December 1, 2017 will remain in force, including the base date of trade of the shares ex-interest, as from December 7, 2017, and the date and other conditions of the payment of the JCP.
