MATERIAL FACT
GAFISA S.A. (BOVESPA: GFSA3; NYSE: GFA) (“Gafisa” or “Company”), in accordance with Article 12 of CVM Instruction 358/02, informs to its shareholders and the market that the Directors Guilherme Stefani Carlini, Rodrigo Lucas Tarabori and Luciano do Amaral, all of which were acting as Operational Executive Officers, have resigned their posts as the Company’s Statutory Directors, and have occupied their previous posts under the Consolidation Labour Law (CLT) regime.
