TIM Participações S.A. (“Company”) (BOVESPA: TIMP3 and NYSE: TSU), hereby discloses that, on the Board of Directors Meeting held on March 16 of 2016, it was approved the hiring of BDO RCS AUDITORES INDEPENDENTES S/S. (“BDO RCS”), as independent audit company to provide audit services from the review of the first quarter information ("ITR") of 2016, in replace of Baker Tilly Brasil Auditores Independentes S/S that expressed their agreement as to the justification of the replacement as per art. 31 of CVM Instruction 308/99 pursuant to art. 28 of the same Instruction.
The hiring of BDO RCS as the Company's independent audit aims to suit the reorganization process that is taking place between both companies, recently announced to the market. It is noteworthy that all contracts’ parameters previously executed will be retained.
