Item 8.01 Other Events.

On February 20, 2007, Horne Engineering Services, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Horne International, Inc., entered into a contract with Wintara-Salihi Group, Inc. whereby Horne Engineering Services, LLC will procure a gas turbine engine. The contract value is approximately $7,000,000. It is anticipated that Horne Engineering Services, LLC will complete its obligations under the terms of this contract on April 24, 2007.
