Item 8.01 Other Events.

On September 29, 2010, Triple-S Management Corporation issued a press release announcing the immediate commencement of a $30 million share repurchase program. The program will be conducted using available cash through open-market purchases and privately-negotiated transactions of Class B shares only, in accordance with Rules 10b-18 and 10b5-1 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
