Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On June 15, 2016, Compass Diversified Holdings and Compass Group Diversified Holdings LLC (NYSE: CODI)(collectively “CODI”) posted historical condensed income statement and balance sheet data since the date of CODI’s initial public offering, by subsidiary, on the investor relations page of the CODI website. The website may be accessed at ir.compassequity.com.
CODI intends to update such data on a quarterly basis and post it to its website identified above. From time to time, CODI uses its website as a channel of distribution of financial and other information about the company.
