On December 17, 2007, ADDvantage Technologies Group, Inc. ("the Company") announced financial results for its fiscal fourth quarter and full year ended September 30, 2007. A copy of the press release is attached to this Report as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
