Remarks: The shares held directly or indirectly by Patricia Childress in capacities other than as Trustee for Patricia Childress Revocable Trust remain the same, for a total beneficial ownership by Patricia Childress following teh reported transaction of 762,033 shares (which amount includes the 418,571 shares now held by Patricia Childress as Trustee for Patricia Childress Revocable Trust). The shares held directly or indirectly by her sister Carol bates in capacities other than as Trustee for Bates Family Revocable Trust remain the same, for a total beneficial ownership by Carol Bates following the reported transaction of 624,175 shares (which amount includes the 318,742 shares now held by Carol Bates as Trustee for Bates Family Revocable Trust).
