Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On June 27, 2016, Bright Horizons Family Solutions Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Danroy T. Henry, Sr. will assume a new role with the Company as Chief Culture Officer, focused on advising the Company on building and enhancing the Company's culture and work environment. In connection with his assumption of this new role, Mr. Henry will resign from his current position as Chief Human Resource Officer, which is expected to occur on a mutually agreeable date during the third quarter of 2016. The Company will begin a search for a new Senior Vice President of Human Resources and looks forward to Mr. Henry’s continued leadership in his new role.
