Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
Beginning on June 24, 2014, certain employees of Crown Crafts, Inc. (the “Company”) are scheduled to participate in conferences and meetings with potential investors and other parties by presenting the information contained in the slide show attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
The Company is furnishing the text of the slide show pursuant to Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) Regulation FD.
