On December 15, 2017, Aclaris Therapeutics, Inc. issued a press release announcing that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has approved ESKATATM (hydrogen peroxide) topical solution, 40% (w/w), for the treatment of raised seborrheic keratoses.  A copy of the press release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
