ITEM 2.02. RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION
On January 8, 2018, ImmunoGen, Inc. (the “Company”) disclosed that it expects to report that as of December 31, 2017 it had cash and cash equivalents of approximately $267.1 million. This amount is preliminary and is subject to completion of financial closing procedures. As a result, this amount may differ from the amount that will be reflected in our financial statements as of December 31, 2017.
