On March 27, 2019 SYNNEX Corporation (“SYNNEX”) issued a press release regarding SYNNEX’ financial results for its fiscal first quarter ended February 28, 2019 and the announcement of a dividend in the amount of $0.375 for the second quarter of fiscal year 2019.
