Dividend Announcement

 

On May 10, 2018, Sify Technologies Limited (the “Company”) announced that its Board of Directors has recommended a dividend payout to all holders of Equity Shares and American Depository Shares of the Company. Such dividend is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on July 6, 2018.

 

A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, which exhibit shall not be deemed to be “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, or otherwise subject to the liabilities of that section.
