On August 7, 2009, Cheniere Energy, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s results of operations for the second quarter ended June 30, 2009.  The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein in its entirety.
