Appointment of Principal Officers.
As previously reported, Gregory P. Stapleton, formerly Harman International's President and Chief Operating Officer and a director, retired as of December 31, 2004. As a result, he is no longer an officer or director of Harman International or any of its subsidiaries effective that date.
