Effective June 30, 2010, Nelson Marchioli, who had served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Denny's Corporation (the "Company"), is no longer an employee or officer of the Company. As previously announced, Mr. Marchioli has been succeeded by Debra Smithart-Oglesby, the Company's Board Chair, who has been appointed Interim Chief Executive Officer.
