Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On the evening of April 25, 2013, it was inadvertently disclosed that the Company's first quarter 2013 system-wide same-store sales decreased 0.7%. The Company will announce financial and operating results for its first quarter ended March 27, 2013 on Tuesday, April 30, 2013, after the markets close.
