Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January 26, 2005, Silicon Storage Technology, Inc. issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2004 entitled "SST Reports Fourth Quarter and 2004 Financial Results." In connection with the press release, Silicon Storage Technology, Inc. conducted a conference call on January 26, 2005, to discuss its result with investors and financial anlysts. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
