TELMEX SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING RESOLUTIONS SUMMARY

Mexico City, December 1^st, 2009. Teléfonos de México, S.A.B. de C.V. (TELMEX) (BMV: TELMEX; NYSE: TMX; NASDAQ: TFONY; LATIBEX: XTMXL) announced that at its Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting held today, approved the following:

 The payment of a special cash dividend of $0.40 Mexican pesos per outstanding share in a single payment to be made in Mexico on or after December 17, 2009, resulting from unappropriated earnings.

 Specifically, for holders of American Depositary Shares, the corresponding record date will be December 16, 2009 and the payment date will be December 24, 2009.
