Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Blair H. Gould, the principal accounting officer of Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. (the “Company”), has announced that he will retire from the Company on March 31, 2008. Henry J. Pujol, who was recently promoted from Vice President, Assistant Controller to Vice President, Corporate Controller, is expected to assume the role of principal accounting officer following Mr. Gould’s retirement.
