(c) On March 26, 2008, Red Lion Hotels Corporation (the “Company”) announced that Anthony F.
Dombrowik, 37, had been appointed as the Company’s Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Dombrowik most recently served as corporate controller, and has served as the Company’s chief
accounting officer since May 2003. Mr. Dombrowik will be
paid an annual salary of $175,000. Except for the change in base salary and position, all
other terms of his current employment agreement with the Company will remain the same.
