ITEM 7.01. REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE
LaSalle Hotel Properties (NYSE: LHO) today announced it will report financial
results for the third quarter 2009 on Wednesday, October 21, 2009 after the
market closes. The company will conduct its quarterly conference call on
Thursday, October 22, 2009 at 9:00 AM EDT.
