On January 16, 2008, SAP AG, a stock corporation organized under the laws of the Federal Republic
of Germany (SAP), held two teleconferences announcing next steps in its successful
acquisition of Business Objects S.A., a société anonyme organized under the laws of the Republic of
France. Transcripts and presentation slides of the teleconferences are attached hereto as Exhibits
99.1 and 99.2 and incorporated by reference herein.
