26, 2009, Mueller Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) mailed a letter to its
stockholders, customers, & employees, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit
99.1. The letter to shareholders may contain certain material
non-public information regarding the Company's business, fiscal year 2008
financial results and outlook for fiscal year 2009.
