(the Buyer) for the sale of the Companys distribution center located in Hagerstown, Maryland (the Property) for $27.0 million, subject to a 20-day Buyer due diligence period. Pursuant to the Sale Agreement, the Company has agreed to enter into a bond-type lease for the Property, consisting of approximately 40 acres of land and approximately 506,300 rentable square feet in the distribution center located on the Property.
