Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or By-Laws; Change in Fiscal Year.
Effective November 9, 2011, Cedar Shopping Centers, Inc. (the “Company”) amended its articles of incorporation to change its name from Cedar Shopping Centers, Inc. to Cedar Realty Trust, Inc. The Company also amended its By-Laws to reflect such change in name.
