On January 28, 2010, we announced ONEOK, Inc. and ONEOK Partners, L.P. will release fourth-quarter and year-end 2009 earnings after the market closes on Monday, February 22, 2010.
 
A joint conference call will be held the following day on February 23, 2010, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time (10:00 a.m. Central Time).  The conference call number is 866-814-1913, pass code 1427228.  
 
The call will also be carried live at www.oneok.com and www.oneokpartners.com.  
 
A replay will be available on both web sites for 30 days.  A recording will be available by phone for seven days.  The playback call may be accessed at 866-837-8032, pass code 224735.
 
Additionally, information on the conference calls and webcasts for the first, second and third quarters of 2010 was announced.
