(Nasdaq SmallCap: RADIF - News) today reported its financial results for the nine months ended September 30, 2003. The company reported $7.3 million in revenues and $261,000 of net income. The financials statements reflect the previously announced debt settlement agreement with its banks that closed on September 24, 2003. Other income related to the debt settlement agreement amounted to $832,000. As a result of the debt settlement the company had shareholders equity of $2,554,000 at September 30, 2003.
