Announces Change of Symbol as a Result of a Reverse Stock Split of its Ordinary Shares Tuesday February 13, 7:14 am ET NETANYA, Israel, February 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- RADA Electronic Industries Ltd. (NASDAQ: RADI - News), announced that beginning tomorrow, February 14, 2007, trading in the Company's ordinary shares is expected to reflect a three (3) shares for one (1) share reverse split. The record date for the reverse split is today, February 13, 2007. The Company's ordinary shares are traded under the Nasdaq symbol: RADI. A "D" will be appended to the Company's symbol for 20 trading days beginning February 14, 2007 to make investors aware of the reverse stock split. During that period the Company's symbol will change to RADID. After the 20 trading days, the "D" will be removed and the symbol will also change from RADI to RADA.
