TAT Technologies Limited announced today the termination of employment
of Mr. Israel Ofen, chief financial officer, and Mr. Shraga Katz, vice
president operations, effective as of July 1, 2008. In accordance with
the terms of their employment agreements, Mr. Ofen and Mr. Katz are
entitled to 12 months prior notice.
