The Board of Directors of Salisbury Bancorp, Inc. declared a $0.25 per share quarterly cash dividend at their February 25, 2005 Board Meeting.
The quarterly cash dividend will be paid on April 27, 2005 to shareholders of record as of March 31, 2005.
