(c) On May 26, 2010, the registrant issued a press release announcing the appointment of Therese A. Liutkus, CPA, to President and Chief Financial Officer of the registrant and CFBank effective June 1. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1. Ms. Liutkus has been with the registrant as Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer since November 2003, and will also retain her title as Treasurer. Prior to joining the registrant, Ms. Liutkus was chief financial officer for First Place Financial Corp. and First Place Bank. She started her career in public accounting prior to joining FFY Bank in 1986.
