Investor and Analyst Meeting

Pinnacle West Capital Corporation (“Pinnacle West”) is participating in the Citi Power, Gas, Coal and Alternative Energy Conference on June 7, 2010 and June 8, 2010. During the conference, we will be meeting with members of the investment community and utilizing slide handouts during those meetings. Copies of the slides are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
