On September 24, 2010, Maha Sallam advised iCAD, Inc. (the “Company”) that she was resigning as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors, effective October 1, 2010. She has also advised the Company that her resignation is not due to any disagreement or lack of confidence in the direction of the Company. Dr. Sallam has served on the Company’s Board of Directors since 2002.
