On December 8, 2010, the Company issued a press release regarding its consolidated financial results for the third quarter ended October 30, 2010. A copy of the press release announcing these financial results for the third quarter ended October 30, 2010 is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
