Rayovac Announces Annual Shareholder Meeting |
ATLANTA, Feb. 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ Rayovac Corp. (NYSE: ROV) announced today that its annual shareholder meeting will be held on April 27, 2005, at 8:00 a.m. CST, at Rayovacs North American headquarters located at 601 Rayovac Drive in Madison, Wisconsin. Shareholders of record as of March 15, 2005 will be entitled to vote at the meeting. A more detailed description of the matters to be discussed at the annual meeting will be included in a proxy statement to be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission and mailed to shareholders in March 2005. |
