As an academic advisor, she helps graduate students navigate academic challenges, particularly in completing their dissertation. Dr. Oleksiw is writing a book on overcoming psychological barriers to finishing a PhD dissertation, emphasizing resilience, grit and self-forgiveness. In addition to her role as Business Psychology Department Chair for The Chicago School College of Graduate and Professional Studies, she provides executive coaching for federal employees.
