His track record includes transforming emerging brands into multi-million dollar enterprises and leading the creation of a luxury assisted living and memory care brand that achieved top accolades, including the “Best in Senior Living” title and a 5-star rating from Assisted Living Magazine.
Valentino’s career in senior care began at the young age of 18 in skilled nursing facilities, rapidly advancing through various leadership roles in home care, assisted living, and memory care communities. His experience spans three of the four markets that CareFinders currently operates in, positioning him as a key driver for the company’s growth and expansion. Under our concierge experts' leadership, CareFinders plans to begin offering franchise licenses next year, further extending its reach and impact.
