Industry Leaders and NITI Aayog Signal Collective Commitment to India’s ‘Viksit Bharat’ Vision through the B9 Skilling Platform

New Delhi, India - 20 February, 2026 - In a significant move toward realizing the national vision of a developed and formally skilled India, Capgemini, GMR Foundation, Indigo Airlines, EXL Service, and NITI Aayog today announced a collective commitment to workforce employability at the India AI Impact Summit 2026. Central to this commitment is the adoption of B9, a unified digital platform designed to bring transparency, accountability, and verified outcomes to India’s skilling ecosystem.

Envisioned by the Capgemini Corporate Responsibility team and built by SuperHumanRace, B9 serves as the digital backbone for large-scale social investments. By enabling partners to track their own beneficiary cohorts with donor-grade precision, the platform ensures that skilling outlays translate directly into verifiable employment and income uplift, key pillars of the Viksit Bharat 2047 agenda.

The announcement underscores a shift in how India’s corporate sector approaches the "Skill & Employment Paradox." Rather than working in silos, Indian industry leaders are leveraging shared digital infrastructure to solve the persistent challenge of duplicate enrollments and fragmented outcome data.

Sarika Naik, Global Chief Corporate Responsibility Officer, Capgemini and Member of the Group Executive Committee, said: "At Capgemini, our commitment to creating sustainable, inclusive impact is deeply tied to the livelihoods of India's youth. B9 is a significant milestone in our skilling mission. It brings trust, transparency, and accountability to the core of beneficiary journeys and enables us to meaningfully measure long-term impact across our academies. We are proud to partner with SuperHumanRace in co-creating a platform that strengthens the skilling ecosystem at scale.”

While each partner will utilize B9 to track their unique beneficiary journeys, the collective adoption creates a "hive" of trusted data. This allows policymakers and investors to see a real-time, deduplicated map of India’s progress toward formal employability.

Gagandeep K. Bhullar, Founder & CEO, SuperHumanRace, said: "B9 represents a shift from fragmented, paper-driven skilling workflows to unified, digital journeys grounded in trust. Together with Capgemini, we are building a transparent and equitable skilling ecosystem that ensures every candidate gets a fair opportunity and every donor sees verifiable impact. This is technology in service of human potential, at scale, creating measurable impact."

By utilizing intelligent duplicate detection and end-to-end journey mapping, from enrollment to certification to placement, B9 provides the "evidence packs" required for modern, outcome-linked funding and national-level impact reporting.
