CEO Opitz further stated, "Despite continued uncertainty in the economy, stubborn inflation as well as the elevated rate environment Trinity Bank experienced strong results in 2023. As a result, we are excited to be in a position to announce the 25th consecutive increase to Trinity Bank's semi-annual dividend. Trinity Bank's conservative management practices and history of superior earnings continues to make these dividend payments possible."

"Trinity Bank remains well-positioned to remain successful and take advantage of opportunities for continued growth with an exceptional staff, strong customer base, supportive investors, significant liquidity and strong capital."

The Board of Directors will review the dividend policy again in the Fall of 2024 when operating results for the first half of 2024 are available.
