Belmont Village Senior Living Certified as a Great Place to Work® in Aging Services for the Fourth Year

For the fourth year, Belmont Village Senior Living is honored with a certification by the Great Place to Work® Institute and its senior care partner, Activated Insights. Belmont Village upholds a commitment to providing employees with the best foundation for success and overall well-being, ensuring both residents and staff experience rewarding and unwavering support for continued growth and prosperity. Through first-hand employee experiences and positive feedback, the Great Place to Work® certification reflects Belmont Village Senior Living’s commitment to excellence as a valued pioneer in the senior living industry.

The certification process entailed surveying employees from across Belmont Village locations and evaluating more than 60 elements of team members’ experience on the job. These included employee pride in the organization’s community impact, belief that their work makes a difference, and feeling their work has special meaning.

The anonymous survey feedback conducted by Activated Insights included over 220,000 employees working in Senior Housing & Care and At-Home Care in the Aging Services industry in the United States. Rankings were based on employees’ experiences regardless of job description or responsibilities. Because employee feedback and independent analysis determine the scores, the certification reflects an objective and research-backed verification of exceptional employee experience.
