Supply & Demand Chain Executive names Ivanti Wavelink’s Tejal Ranjan a recipient of 3rd Annual Women in Supply Chain Award

This award honors female supply chain leaders and executives whose accomplishments, mentorship and examples set a foundation for women in all levels of a company’s supply chain network

Ivanti Wavelink, the supply chain business unit of Ivanti, today announced that Supply & Demand Chain Executive, the only publication covering the entire global supply chain, has selected Tejal Ranjan, vice president of marketing for Ivanti Wavelink, as a recipient of the 2022 Women in Supply Chain award. This award honors female supply chain leaders and executives whose accomplishments, mentorship and examples set a foundation for women in all levels of a company’s supply chain network.

Tejal leads the Go-To-Market strategy for all Ivanti Wavelink supply chain products, which help transportation, logistics, retail, healthcare, and manufacturing organizations to increase operational excellence and supply chain employees to work more efficiently. Notably, she has helped to establish Ivanti Velocity as a market-leading MEA solutions that provides capabilities to further empower supply chain customers to supercharge warehouse operations. She also played a critical role in the launch of Ivanti Neurons for Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), which enables supply chain organizations to rapidly automate warehouse processes and build innovative low-code or no-code applications to achieve peak operational efficiency.

“It is such an honor to be recognized for this award along with such an outstanding group of women,” Ranjan said. “My passion comes from the people I work with at Ivanti Wavelink and their relentless efforts in solving business critical challenges for our supply chain customers. I’m proud of what we’ve achieved so far, and I’m even more excited about our future growth opportunities as we continue to push boundaries. I look forward to continuing to focus on the Ivanti Wavelink channel while further engaging and building awareness of our product portfolio.”

Since joining Ivanti Wavelink in November 2019, Tejal has repositioned Ivanti Wavelink as an innovative leader that is empowering supply chain customers to supercharge warehouses of the future vs. just another green screen company, resulting in a significant impact on market perception as well as pipeline created. Her contributions and leadership consistently produced a 4x pipeline of demand. Additionally, her marketing initiatives contributed toward increased pipeline, which was reflected in a 20 percent growth of Ivanti Wavelink’s supply chain business.

“I congratulate Tejal on her much-deserved recognition and inclusion on this list. Since joining Ivanti Wavelink, Tejal has been leaving her mark on how our marketing messages are crafted and applied to a vast network of channel partners. She specializes in identifying disruptive market activities and trends in the market. She is passionate about educating our partners and customers to make them aware of what’s happening in the industry, which ultimately generates an enormous pipeline of potential revenue for the company,” said Brandon Black, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Ivanti Wavelink. “We are honored to have such an accomplished woman serving as a mentor and leader at Ivanti and helping to grow our global business with the motto of ‘outcomes matter most.’”

This year’s list of Women in Supply Chain honorees includes individuals from software and service providers, consultancies and academia, trucking and transportation firms, professional development agencies, sourcing and procurement divisions, and more, all who have helped supply chain clients and the supply chain community at large prepare to meet many of today’s—and tomorrow’s—challenges.

“When I launched this award three years ago, I was prepared for an uphill battle. I was envisioning a long road ahead in getting the supply chain industry educated enough as to why it was important to recognize women in the supply chain. But, this award, the winners and those who submitted nominations—both men and women—is a testament that supply chain organizations were already recognizing their female leaders; they just needed a better platform,” says Marina Mayer, Editor-in-Chief of Supply & Demand Chain Executive and Food Logistics. “This year, we received over 280 submissions. Almost 100 of those submissions came from men. I’m so proud of everyone who participated, both men and women. I’m proud to call these women mentors, role models and industry friends. I’m proud to interview them, support them and help promote their journey. And, I hope to see all of this year’s and past years’ winners at our upcoming Women in Supply Chain Forum.”
