Generational Equity, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately held businesses, is pleased to announce the sale of its client Mitchell Associates, Inc. to The Saber Group, LLC. The acquisition closed November 2, 2023.

Founded in 1965, and located in New Castle, Delaware, Mitchell Associates is a multi-disciplined design consulting firm offering expertise in architecture, interior design, space planning, wayfinding graphics and signage design, and donor recognition design/build.

The firm’s specialty is the planning and design of spaces, places, wayfinding, and recognition for the people that envision and support these environments. Mitchell’s specialty niche, experience, longstanding history, many repeat clients, impressive portfolio of completed projects, and reputation as an extremely creative firm who knows how to be diligent problem solvers have all driven the Company to great success.
