The community comprises three four-story buildings, each offering unique features to cater to a diverse resident base. Strategically located at the intersection of Highway 41 and San Carlos Blvd, The Riley provides convenient access to major job markets in Fort Myers and Bonita Springs, with proximity to Interstate 75 and Highway 41.

The Riley is expected to be completed in late 2025.
