Federman & Sherwood investigates Omni Family Health (“Omni”) for data breach. On August 7, 2024, Omni started an investigation into a cybersecurity claim about information from their network on the dark web. Upon completion of the investigation, it was determined the claim was real and certain Omni patients and employees personal and sensitive information was exposed. Omni filed notice of the incident with the California Attorney General on October 10, 2024.
