Federman & Sherwood investigates Tri-City Healthcare District (“Tri-City”) for data breach. On October 11, 2024, Tri-City filed notice of a data breach with the Attorney General of Maine. On November 8, 2023, Tri-City experienced a cybersecurity incident disrupting access to their network. Tri-City immediately launched an investigation into the incident. A review of information gathered during the investigation concluded on September 27, 2024, and determined that certain individuals personal and sensitive information was exposed and acquired by an unauthorized third party.
