New Chef Launches Gourmet Thanksgiving Catering Menu for Busy Families this Season

Brûlée Catering, the region’s premier luxury catering business, recently welcomed David Smith as the new regional vice president and Chef Kevin Levett as the new director of culinary as the team prepares for a busy season of holiday events.

Best known for serving Philadelphia’s most prestigious museums and cultural attractions, the full-service catering company has entertained millions of guests from Center City to the Main Line for more than 20 years. Since its inception, Brûlée Catering has served more than three million guests at 200 venues for corporate meetings, conferences, social events, and national events like the 2024 Presidential Debate at the National Constitution Center.

Smith boasts a remarkable legacy of transforming brands and delivering exceptional growth and operational excellence in his role at Brûlée Catering. A visionary leader and master collaborator, he has played a pivotal role in the success of renowned names like Virgin Atlantic Airways and Wolfgang Puck, harnessing strategic partnerships to unlock peak performance and propel organizations toward their highest ambitions.

He brings a distinguished culinary background and a wealth of international experience to Brûlée, including executive chef roles with prestigious venues like Sofitel Philadelphia, Claridge’s London, British Airways and Gategroup, a Switzerland-based global culinary company.
